These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of Snar's Lab, a paid Discord community and bot that provides analytics on public Roblox data (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Snar's Lab as an independent business. Snar's Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.
The Service consists of:
The exact set of channels, commands, and features may change at any time. Snar's Lab may add, remove, or modify features without prior notice.
To use the Service, you must:
Accounts that fail eligibility may have access revoked without refund.
Access to the Service is granted by binding your Discord user ID to
a paid Stripe subscription. After completing checkout, you receive a
Stripe Checkout Session ID. Running /verify with that
ID inside the Snar's Lab Discord links the two identifiers and
grants you the Member role.
Each subscription is for one person and one Discord account. Sharing access, transferring a subscription to a different Discord account, or reselling access is not permitted and may result in immediate termination.
The Service is sold as a recurring subscription at the price displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. As of the last updated date above, the price is $15 USD per month, billed monthly.
Billing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize Snar's Lab and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is canceled. The first charge occurs at the time of checkout.
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically for a limited period. If the payment still cannot be processed, access to the Service may be paused until the payment method is updated.
Prices may change. Existing subscribers will be given advance notice before any price increase takes effect, and may cancel before the new price applies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal link included in your receipt. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the Member role is removed.
All sales are final. Snar's Lab does not provide prorated refunds for partial months, refunds for unused time after cancellation, or refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for another month.
Refunds may be issued at Snar's Lab's sole discretion in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or fraudulent transactions.
You agree not to:
Sharing a single screenshot, individual stat, or short quote of bot output on social media is permitted and encouraged. Wholesale re-publication is not.
Snar's Lab retains all rights to the analytics, written content, charts, and other outputs produced by the Service. Members receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and personally reference this content for the duration of their active subscription. This license does not grant the right to redistribute the content commercially or in bulk.
Public Roblox data shown by the Service belongs to Roblox Corporation and the respective game creators. Snar's Lab makes no claim of ownership over underlying Roblox data.
Snar's Lab may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that, in Snar's Lab's sole judgment, harms other members or the operation of the Service.
If access is terminated for cause (such as account sharing, scraping, or abuse), no refund of the current billing period will be issued.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snar's Lab disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Analytics, predictions, revenue estimates, and similar outputs are inferences derived from public data. They are best-effort estimates and may be incorrect. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for investment, hiring, contract, or other consequential decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snar's Lab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
In any event, Snar's Lab's total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snar's Lab, its operators, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Snar's Lab is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and any associated marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. All Roblox data displayed by the Service is accessed through Roblox's documented public APIs.
Snar's Lab may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Snar's Lab Discord server, by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, or both. Continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
