How do I pay?

Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, all routed through Stripe. Card details never touch Snar's Lab's servers.

When does the first charge hit?

Immediately at checkout. Recurring monthly from that date.

How do I cancel?

Every Stripe receipt has a link to the self serve customer portal. Click cancel there, and access stays open until the current month ends. No call or email needed.

Are there refunds?

No. It's $15 a month and you get full access from the second the bot lets you in. Cancel any time to stop future charges, but the current period isn't refunded.

What if my card fails?

Stripe retries automatically for a few weeks. If it still can't charge, your Discord access is paused until you update the card via the link in your receipt.

Will the price ever go up?

Maybe, for new sign ups. If you're already paying $15 you stay at $15 for as long as your subscription is active.

Do you offer team or studio pricing?

Not yet, single tier only for now. If you're a studio with 5+ seats and want one invoice, drop a note in #help.

Can I expense this?

Stripe emails a tax receipt to whatever address you use at checkout. Use a work email if you want it to land in your work inbox.
